Does anyone here hunt with a Sharps,,either reproduction or original ?
My fav deer rifle for the woods is a Sharps military rifle (Shiloh) in 45/70.

My old hunting buddy was a black powder buff, and used a .50-120 Sharps reproduction. It was a hoot to shoot, but it was more gun than you need for Texas hill country deer. I really liked that rifle.
