I'm looking for some very small, light wire worm hooks for rigging tiny plastics; I'm thinking some #4 or 6 hooks, possibly in an EWG configuration. Anybody have any suggestions on where to look? I can't find what I'm looking for on the Gamakatsu, VMC, Daiichi, Tiemco, or various big box store (Cabela's, Bass Pro, etc.) sites.

The Daiichi X15 size 4 may be small enough, but they are standard wire rather than light wire.

Owner makes what they call a Finess'n Hook for small plastics. It is available in sizes 2, 4, 6, and 8. The scale is mm.

Gamakatsu EWG offset worm hooks are available down to size 4 on Amazon. I use 4’s and 2’s for UL Texas rigs w. finesse worms. No problem getting hook sets with 2# and 4# mono and crimped barbs.
There’s also the Mustad Crappie Lite 2X fine wire panfish hook in sizes 1-6. Not great for Texas rig but this is a very fine wire hook. Still looking for an application for them. Again, Amazon.
Chris has me interested in those Owner B-71 hooks.

Check out "Decoy Hooks", made in Japan. The Dream 15 #2 size is about 1.4" long, with a wire diameter of 0.030". They make smaller sizes, but I'm not sure if they are available in the US? Tight lines!

Thanks for all the input. I ordered a couple of different hooks to try; we'll see how they work. I have some 8# braid on the rig for now, with a 6# fluorocarbon leader. I hope to drop down to 4# fluorocarbon for my main line after I get used to the rig; I'm just not sure if it'll have too much stretch for consistent hooksets in deep water. If not, I will try some 6# Sufix 832 braid; that oughta fill the bill.
