In my quest to get the ultimate in delicate presentation l purchased the Cortland Competition Mono Core .017" line.
I put it on my 2 wt. rod and it's just not going to work for me.
I think it is probably great if you are doing that european nymph type fishing. You know, the one with the longish leader and big tungsten bead. And perhaps the 11 foot rod. To each their own l say.
The deal is l don't really want this unfished lawn cast only line to rot in my fish room so l would like to give it at no cost to some one who will get good use out of it. PM me if you would like it.
I better quit experimenting with lines if l want to retire some day.

I was hoping it would be good for dry fly presentation but l found it tough to cast. I think it was made for competition nymphing.

Has already been claimed.
