Thanks for the reply! You mention one of the things that concerns me. My 2 wt LL is also a fast action. It's surprising because I have a 6'9" 4 wt LL and it's WAY slower than the 2wt, and the 5 wt LL that I built for a friend is a medium action as well. This 2 wt reminds me of my 5 wt RPL--pretty fast.
A balanced TXL 0 wt setup would weigh about the same as my 4wt LL which is a 1 3/4 oz rod that is balanced nicely with an Orvis BBS1 reel. What I would really like to do is fish a 0 wt and see how a little bluegill feels on it
