I use these for bluegill. I experiment with different types of tails and eyes. My inspiration came with a fly I saw last year on the net that simply named Cardinal Sin. Tied in red flashy chenille and a rainbow flash tail. I loved it so much that I started experimenting with different eyes, tails, chenille and its one of my favorites. I have a box full of them.

We've caught both, but have had some trouble losing brim, I think I need to change hook styles. We caught quite a few sand bass over at Joe Pool with them.
