I worked on this one the biggest part of the day. I worked on other projects while each coat of paint dried. It's still not complete. I have to put a coat of epoxy on to make her shiny.

The idea for the paint scheme was from a how to on the web written by a fellow named Ronald Braud.

Nice.
What size is it? Although not technically ultralight, fly rod lures found popularity in the mid century with tiny versions of lucky 13s, spooks, and so on. If you see a vintage 7 wt glass rod matched with an auto reel, chances are that fisherman used a fly rod lure.
