Well went with a #12 Briminator. Tying up 8 so everyone will get 2, one gold and one silver. Have the 4 silver done and getting ready to tie up the gold. Will post pictures before I drop them in the mail tomorrow. My printer is already gone so sorry about no toe tags.

Sweet, they have been fishing very well for me to. Perch, Rio, bass, and trout during the winter when they stock them here in Tx. Can't wait to try them out in Va.

One dozen Utah Killer Bugs tied and ready to ship. I've added some options to the standard version for sake of the swap.

-Partridge soft hackle
-Size 12 barbless jig hook
-Tungsten bead

The normal bug fishes great but just seemed too simple to share. Tied mine with the legendary Shetland Spindrift Oyster #290 wool yarn. Once wet it becomes somewhat translucent and the pink thread underbody shows through. It's best to rough up the wool before use but I'll leave that to each of you. For now they just look pretty. :)

Knotty, those killer bug variations look ... well, killer. I have a lifetime supply of that spindrift oyster ... great little fly! Rios will eat 'em, too.

Apologies but my flies will arrive a little late. My wife and I went away and I forgot to mail them.

Sorry for not keeping this updated. My internet is down, right now. Still waiting on one set of flies. Once they arrive, I'll get them out ASAP.

These flies look great!!!

Utah Killer Bugs were mailed on Friday. Also included four 6' lengths of the yarn in case someone wants to tie up some more on their own. I highly recommend some with less weight than the ones I tied as an alternative.

The flies are sorted, packaged, and will be in the mail as soon as I'm done going this! I'm not sure what delay the hurricane(s) will cause. Anyways, thanks for participating!

Receive the flies on Friday, while at work. Worked yesterday, but will try them out this morning, fishing smallmouth on the Roanoke tournament with Project Healing Waters.

Am I correct in assuming the woven nymphs were from FishingHiker?
