The photos sort of speak for themselves but the fish count over 2.5 days was: 24 Rainbows 10 Browns 39 Brooks 2 Goldens

I don't I have ever catch that many in a month! To be fair, that was for 2 people, so just an average of 15 fish for each person per day. That and the fish size only ranged from 6" to 12". Not an abundance of food for them in the creek so they do grow slow.

Thanks for sharing this with us. Great photos, dream like scenery. I have never seen a fly reel/ mount like the one your daughter is using, can you tell us more about it?

Sure, it's a 0wt Sage SPL I bought for her (used) in 2010. A product of the 90's I believe and has a "center axis" reel mount design. She loves the rod, uses it frequently but is always concerned that if she breaks it that she'll have a hard time replacing it. Dave
