My 2wt. fiberglass blank arrived from Proof. And just like my bamboo blank, the carton was bent, and had a nice hole in it, that was taped up. Fortunately, they failed to destroy this one. Where they did succeed was with an order of 3,000 airsoft bbs. One of the cartons was broken during transit, and there are 1500 loose bbs...

Is there any recourse against the delivery agency? 3 out of 3 damaged seems a tad high.

Heavy cardboard tubes at a minimum for shipping rods, PVC is better. The best I've received was a rod in a rod tube wrapped in bubble wrap in a PVC tube. I know you are the recipient and not the shipper, but.....

Let us know how the 2 wt blank is when you have it built out. I'm always open to lightline fiberglass.

Insist on the hard plastic tubes and offer to pay extra for it. I never ship any other way. Saving a few bucks is not work the anxiety and all. I think of all those BBs rolling about somewhere...
