Since I did not come up with this pattern I am going to give the credit to the page I got it from. They have a step by step for this pattern. I have tied this in a few colors and fished for gills and panfish with it. I can say it did the job. This is also an easy, quick tie.

I have modified the pattern to use one cluster on a TMC 2488 or equivalent hook. Otherwise i use a 200R or C53S. Hope you enjoy.

Pretty neat fly. I've used ones similar to this in Wyoming tailwaters with great success.
