Garrys last book, Fly Fishing the Mountain Lakes is a really good read and i would highly recommend it...
I got my copy soon after it came out in the late 90s and garry was selling them at Bob marriots fly shop in orange county durring there yearly fly fair.....got to spend an hour just talking and hanging out with him..
was something i will never forget....the signed copy of that book is something i treasure.

the cool thing about this little book, is that even though it sounds like a how to book and a few parts are,
its more of a collection of garys short stories of fishing for trout in the high country... well worth a read and I believe that even you bass and sun fish experts will enjoy it...:lol
