Come on guys, let's not get nasty. We're here to have fun (and sometimes talk about fishing).

To quote the late Ed Zern: " "I get all the truth I need in the newspaper every morning, and every chance I get I go fishing, or swap stories with fishermen, to get the taste of it out of my mouth."

I jumped ship , crossed the fence as they say . I did buy a new rod this day actually two but they miss the UL mark so I cant comment on them . One was fifty dollars and the other in the hundreds . One made here and the other in England , both new and one under warranty . Anyway , thought I'd check in and say hi . HI ! :lol :applause ;)

How is that Vision rod treating you, Jangles ? I have been interested in Vision and have had 50/50 reviews come up from friends over in the UK.
Have you fished with it much?

Sorry I haven't fished it even once , yet . I am on my way back to CO very soon so that will change . I can say that for a 10' nymph rod it casts dries very well so I lined it with 20lb pvc running line and bought a SA nymph shorty rig for it . Casts great .
