If you would like to see a really neat 0 weight glass rod, you need to see this one. Made from S-glass. A 5'7" 3 piece 0 weight rod. Look for it at Gray Wolf Rods.

I dont care for the grip at all . The single foots I'm on the fence about . I talked to Bens about that blank and I know what I can get it for so the build price on this one is not over the top considering it cames with tube .

Back about a month ago they had these same blanks for sale . Send them an email and they'll hook you up if they have any left .

As mentioned earlier, the guides that were used are apparently single-foot snakes. I have never used them either, just the single-foot Fuji guides or their knock-offs, which I do like. But maybe for such a light rod, the micro guides would be the way to go. And for what it’s worth, for anyone really interested in building such a rod, I think it’s well worth looking into Blue Heron fiberglass blanks. They seem to offer various lengths, actions and numbers of sections in 00- to 1-weights.

If only I could just look... had to buy a couple blanks. And yes Larry, I'm sure I'll have it built by April and bring it to the clave, for your casting pleasure of course.

I wouldn't expect anything less Randy. And this time, I will try to not turn it into a multiple rod building spree.
