I have bought quite a bit of stuff from these guys over the years. The owner, Ed Story, passed away last summer and now his son is running the business. These guys know fly fishing and have about everything you need to fish or tie flies. They are not always the cheapest but the service is great.

Isn't this Feather-Craft in St. Louis? I have family there, and may have to check them out next time I run over there.

Well $#@%, it looks like they got the word about the price increase..........they raised their prices too. I hope someone got a good deal before the increase.

Buy it now from Orvis and you get a free extra spool. Kind of makes up for the price increase--for now anyway.

Feather-Craft is offering the extra spools too. I got an Email from them about it. They also accept Orvis gift certificates.
