In your opinion how bad can a plastic fly reel be? 2.5" / 1.5oz. It might be really bad. But I have noticed these on ebay quite a bit I might just give it a try. $5.99 free shipping!! come on..

They are not engineered to exacting tolerances, but if you check one out, post a detailed report Brian!
