I haven't got my flies in the mail yet but will before the end of the weekend. Sorry for being a little tardy, long days at work here the last few weeks. Thanks for the understanding!

I'm in the same boat. Flies took about 9 minutes to hammer out but it's been a disaster of a week.

Hey, belated thought: do you need something for return shipping? I realized this morning it was never mentioned.

I haven't done a lot of these, but typically you either include a postage paid return envelope, or less conveniently, enough money to cover postage. But I'm sure this problem can be sorted out even if you have already mailed your flies. You should get it sorted though because the chernobyls I tied came out looking really promising.

All flies are in. I'll get them sorted and out with tomorrow's mail!
Thanks, guys!

I got my little package just before leaving for the weekend so I finally went through them. Fun swap fellas. Mine was the damselfly - I didn't trim the hackles because some have stronger feelings about how to do them (flush on bottom only, top and bottom, etc) so I left them untrimmed. Have fun!

Great looking set of flies. Looking forward to my next off day, so I can try them out.
Thanks to all who participated, and Strummer for putting it all together.

I put up pictures of the flies on the first post, with i.d.s. Thanks for participating. Sorry this wasn't most organized swap!

Got my flies today, very fishy looking as I have come to expect. I think the rest of you are better fly tyers than I am, but the fish probably don't care so much. Thanks strummer for hosting the swap and everybody for participating!

Had a few free minutes the other evening and decided to take the swap flies out for a trial run. I think I managed at least half a dozen hits on each pattern along the way, but only managed to land a few on the popper. No giants, but a fun evening with some great flies. Thanks again to all who participated. Chris

Cool! That popper looks very fishy. I typically save the flies I get in a swap, but having two of these means I'll be fishing one soon.

Gently bumping this thread to suggest that somebody host a fly swap. I will participate...
