It was a well chewed cdc iobo humpy they were also still taking mayfly Danica

It s indeed a very small one ... They are in most of the rivers around here . Not big a good fish is one and half pounds , two pounder fish of a lifetime.

My first impression is that you fish somewhere in Europe, but upon looking at your blog it seems to be the UK. Fishing those brushy streams can be productive, but often frustrating. In this neck of the woods, when fishing with friends if a fly ends up in the bushes, I can count on some friendly ribbing like, "What now? Are you fishing for monkeys again?"
