So I bought a 2 wt from pearow a while back. Went camping at Lake Guntersville State Park this past week. Decided to target some bass and bream. Caught quite a few small fish then landed a nice bass. It was fun playing the rod to successfully catch the bass.
Wish I could figure out how to add pictures from an iPhone.

BKT_tater NOW is a good time to contact Gene for more rods if you're in the market. He's out of building or restoring them. recently he began asking to sell the whole line up on Facebook.

I guess I can contact him on here? I have a friend that was talking about getting one also. I wouldn’t mind getting another either.

all Sorry this post is late, but I regret to inform you all that Gene Bethea, aka Pearow passed away a few months ago. Gene was a friend to many and will be missed here and other places. His skill in telling great fishing stories and fixing an old vintage glass fly rod made him one of the greats.
