Hey there fellas, I'm just starting another build and its the first time ive built with a split reel seat and I want to build a cork insert for it. Is there somewhere I can find either measurements or instructions as to how to assemble these little guys. Its a 6'6" 2/3 wt Anglers Roost. I still have my 12; 2/3 in the lathe but want to get a head start on the handle assembly. Cheers, Ed

Here is another suggestion: http://www.proofflyfishing.com/category_s/1872.htm

Although I do not currently stock cork inserts, you can purchase the hardware separate and turn your own cork insert or I would be happy to turn one for you.

Don't look like any cork insert I have ever seen before. Although not a bad clone of one of the highest selling seats designed by one of most respected US makers of reel seats.
