Image It's nice to see another brookie fisherman here,I would love to get down to the smokies & try my luck.But for now I staying in the shenanodah valley chasing ours.They sure fun on UL gear.

the grip/reelseat looks good on the lami; just a heads up. you can get those little all cork grips/reelseats from dorber. They aren't on the website, but they have them. I think theyre about 10-11 bucks. Also, Orvis rod building shop used to have some extras they use on their superfine series. You have to call the rod shop and ask for them. I like the rings a little better than the netcraft rings, but I've used the netcraft grips on many rods-p-

Thanks Gene. That should help out a lot for those of us who do not know what the heck we are doing putting a rod together! You just told us where to find cork and ring seats, which I would prefer on most short light rods. Thanks again Gene!
