The problem with the new Idaho parks dept. funding plan is they are spending down a considerable amount of reserves.  Since the budget woes are widely anticipated to be even worse next year, this could end up being a major problem.  They won't let Harriman go after all the public outcry, but if we want to  save the parks we have to be part of the solution for providing funding.
