I worked with one of the miners back in '73...Please send prayers to his and all the miner's families...Johnny was just a kid starting when I worked with him...He loved coal mining despite the risk...He was a good man....

So very sad. Prayers sent. The owner won't speak on TV. He is a union buster and he is a multi-millionaire, close to a billionaire. The American dream....... exploiting the locals that are afraid to speak out about safety in the mines. He has a better bottom line when the ventilation isn't that good. It's the best job the locals can get though. Most there like coal mining. They wouldn't have a shot at being a CEO! So sad.

i have a lot of friends that work in mines we live in coal country prayers go out to the miners and their family's ....
