I have the Nikon Coolpix AW100. Waterproof to 33' and shockproof to 5'. So far it has performed great both above and below water for both stills and HD movies. I like it because it fits my hand well for one handed operation and I can work it with gloves on in the winter.

Thanks Joe, I'm looking at the AW120 as an option also. Glad to hear a good report on its predecessor!

I pulled the trigger on the AW120. Discounted $130 as the new model about to be released. GPS, WiFi, can't wait.

You will be happy with your purchase. I got the AW100 on a deal like you just did when the AW110 was coming out. It's amazing on how clear the close ups of fish are with this camera.

I have the TG-850 also and like the screen that flips up to help frame underwater shots. Have done two sets of pictures and still working on focusing.

My nikon should arrive tomorrow. I'll post a little review in a couple weeks after the white bass run. That'll probably be my first opportunity to give it a good workout.

I'm a little late to the party but I've had a Panasonic DMC-TS4 for several years that I really like. I've dropped it, bounced it off rocks and dropped it into a lake. And it even takes decent pictures.

Camera came, now I just need some fish! The wifi works fantastically. Pics are on your phone or other device in an instant. I haven't submerged it yet, I'm a little nervous.

I can choose a camera on a rewards programme one of which is a Canon D30 waterproof camera. Would this be good?

I had one of the TG series, I can't remember which (I want to say it was the TG-3, but my memory eludes me)...Alas, it is somewhere at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean after me dropping it into the rocks at a jetty. Bottom line, I loved that camera. took great pictures, had full HD video (often for fish pics, the best thing for me to do was shoot video and then pull a till from that...easier on the fish, I think). Now, I'm using a Fujifilm finepix XP70 which works fine, but nothing like the "Tough"

Clarkman: ouch on that lost camera! I'm permit fishing in June and hope to get a few underwater shots (Snook please!). I'm the type who just may lose a camera that way.
