This thread is a dedicated to "UL Combo" photos
Here are a few simple rules:

Post only one photo of your UL Combo (Combo = rod & reel)
Each forum member is allowed to post mulitple times in this thread. But only one photo per post and each post has to be a different combo.
No followup or comment posts allowed in this thread. We can have a second thread for comments but this thread is meant to be a photos only thread.
This thread is meant to give everyone an idea of what each rod & reel combo looks like. Here's a suggested format of info we'd like to see: - Rod Manufacturer, Model, Length, Line Weight, and Number of Pieces
- Reel Manufacturer, Model, Line & Backing Capacity (as you have it setup).
- Some brief Comments
- A single photograph
Please don't be offended if you post a reply to this thread and it's gets moved to a different thread.

To kick this thread off I'll start with this one: - Sage 00 wt TXL, 7'10", 3 pc
- Sage 3100 reel, silver & black, holding an entire Sage 00 wt Quiet Double Taper line, and 75 yards of 12lb backing
- I built this up with a custom turned cork grip and using a Struble U27 Uplocking slide ring seat with teak insert. The combo balances right at the front of the cork grip.

- Sage 000-710-3 TXL
- Galvan OB-1 black with Sage Quiet Double Taper II DT3/0WTF line
- A great rod and reel combo that works well for me!

- Sage 3 wt LL, 7'9", 3 pc
- Orvis CFO 123 reel, Rio Grand WF3 line
- This is one of the Sage "cult" rods--a 379-3 LL--from around 15 years ago. I have two other LL's but this is the pick of the litter. I picked it up used just a couple of months ago.

Two more: Top (right) rod in photo - Orvis Superfine Trout Bum 7'6" 1 wt (4 pc)
- Sage 3100 reel with Orvis Gen 3 WF1F Wonderline
- This combo is very light in the hand is will handle some surprisingly large flies for a 1 wt. It's also a 4 pc so it comes in a very short tube which is perfect for backpacking or, for some of us, mtn biking.
Lower (left) rod - Scott Fibertouch 6'6" 2 wt (3 pc)
- Another Sage 3100 reel with an older Orvis Wonderline 2 wt line
- I got this one from pkrotine and love it! While it's a little heavier than the Trout Bum it is silky smooth to cast and a blast with a fish on! The grip is very comfortable as well. This also balances well with an Orvis BBS I reel.

Okay, you guys knew this one was coming - 6'9" Fitch Purist 2/3 wt
- Orvis CFO 123 reel and Orvis early gen WF2 Wonderline
- What can I say? It's a gorgeous rod that casts beautifully, built up by our own zenkoanhead.
