It is a miracle it isn't broke.  I sort of spun out on the ice and did a one legger, under the car while the other leg was still spinning, trying to get traction.  I got it Xrayed today today as I could bear the pain..no more.  Well, I guess it is hurt plenty bad an nothing short of narcotics (which I can't take with my job) will touch it.  I hear that severe bone bruises can take a long time to heal.  Shins can sure take a beating and they hurt like &(&%(*.

Well, I can fish on it, if I don't slip and fall.  I had to know if there was a hair line crack.  I was certain there was.

Been there...It will turn blue purple yellow...and hurt like the dickens for a while....took me 4 weeks to be able to withstand the pain enough to get off narcotics...keep it elevated and keep taking the meds...you will be fine...
