Hey Jeremy, how about starting a new section called " Ultra Lightweight Eating"? I think most of us on here would benefit from that.

Well Cliff, we already have a bunch of "line weight watchers" and folks who tie very small meals for fish....

Clifford you may be joking but @ 245 lbs and 5' 8"I was not feeling too good for too long. Atkins eating plan has got me down 23 lbs so far, need another 40+ goal weight around 170 or when I am happy.

Jeremy, yes I loved my bread, pizza's and sweet things and paid the price. I must say I do not crave those things now.

I'm trying to cut down my eating by having a glass of Fireball Whiskey every time I get the urge to snack.

Once I weighed 280 and lifted weights. Gave that up before a stroke happened. Settled in the 235-240 range last 10years of work. Mr Diabetes convinced me to lose weight. LCHF diet was couple pounds a week or month. Mr Colon Cancer boosted that to 10 pounds a week before diagnosis. I am battling to get up to 155 on average but 135 is number I keep seeing. Especially now that the back pain has returned after a long absence. Stay well nd get checkups.

Blufloyd, sorry about the colon cancer. How are you doing now? Uncontrolled loss of weight always means trouble. I always wanted to lose weight just not that way. Any clues as to what triggered your colon cancer?
