I hope this is not illegal or unethical but if it is it probably will be quickly deleted. But, a heads up for the frugal fly man; orvis(tent sale) has some deals on the size lines we UL guys use; from $60-$70 bucks down to $17 bucks and they have got their little barstock battenkill reel on sale for $100 off. I don't have connection with/to Orvis but they're good lines and a good reel at a frugal man's price but you better hurry as there's a lot of us out there!!!!-p-

The Battenkill Bar Stock, or Large Arbor? I only see the large arbor on discount.

got the large arbor in this morning and attached it to my one weight super fine; it balances the rod perfectly; nice little ul reel; the large arbor should keep the line kinks down a tad-p-
