Thanks for the feedback, Don! Always nice to know that others are getting some benefit from stuff I've posted. Since the posting of this article, I've tied a few more, some with dubbing loops of lite-brite, seal dub, and even flashabou.

Now I just need the water to warm up and slow down! The local creeks look like they're part of a publicity stunt by YooHoo!

Location: Lorain, Ohio but can be found in fishing waters of West by God West Virginia and southern Ohio.
Those are sweet! I got a bunch #8 hooks begging to be tied up so may have to try this.

This is a great looking fly that should be a very good producer.  One other thing I really like about it, is it should be easily adaptable to tie as a jig......should be a real small mouth killer in streams and rivers.
