Here it is!  This is the first tutorial I have done, so I hope it's not too long!

Recipe:

Hook:Front 10  Back 12  (see pics)
Thread:Black 6/0
Tail:Burnt Orange Brown & Golden Yellow marabou (1X hook length)
Monoflash Pearl #202
Body:any brown or gray tone dubbing
Weight:Lead wire (under cone) and 3/16 gold cone head

Hackle:Brown and Yellow Saddle Hackle

Start Here
Image
[Attach Thread to Hook]     This is the rear hook so it is the size 12
Image
Pull out a chunk of Marabou and lick you fingers and dampen the fibers down so they are easier to work with.

Image

Image
Take both colors and the flash and stack them with the flash in the middle.
Leave two pieces of the flash longer then the rest (about 6 strands total).

Image
Tie in the tail.  It should be about the length of the hook...  Note the longer pieces of  flash

Image
Choose the two saddle hackle and tie in the tips one at a time on top of each other.
I used one of each color.

Image
Put head cement on the raps for the tail and hackle tips
Image
Dub in the body from the rear of the hook forward.   I don't get picky about if the body is perfect or not.

Now bring one of the long pieces of flash forward along one of the sides of the body and secure at the head
Repeat for the other side. (see above two pics) Trim Ends
Image
Image
Now Palmer both hackle forward to the head and tie off on top,  secure ends and whip finish or half hitches.
Head cement the head and at the base of the tail where is meets the dubbing!

Now were done with the first half and basically it is an unweighted woolly bugger!

Image
To start the second half of the fly add the cone head to the size 10 hook and secure thread to shank.
Image
Now take about a 3inch piece of the connection line ( I used the Fluoro Carbon 1X 12 lb. Line)
and tie it in on the side of the hook shank.  Make sure you leave about a half inch of line sticking
out in front of where you tied it in.

Image
Pick up the first fly we tied and tread it on to the connection line so the hook is down.
Then bring the connection line over the top and tie it in above the the section already tie in.
now you can pul the long tag end and adjust the size of the connection loop you made.

the Object is to keep the two hook points in line

Image
Once you have you loop size the way you want it, take both tag ends and fold them back and tie them down.
Trim and secure.

Image
Bring the Thread forward and tie in the lead wire just behind the gold cone head.
Secure the lead with thread Head cement the whole hook shank.

Now the rest of the fly is the same as the first.   Except for dubbing behind the cone.(see a few pics down)

Tie in the tail with flash

Image
Tie in hackle tips

Image
Dub forward,  now build up the dubbing behind the cone to keep it in place and centered on the hook
don't forget to tie in the longer flash on each side.

Image
Palmer hackle forward and tie it off.  Secure the ends and whip finish or half hitches.
Again head cement behind the cone and the base of the tail.

Cast away!

Here are some more color options!
These are bigger because I have them tied for my 5-8wt rods but the pattern is the same! size 4 and 6 hooks for the large ones
the mini is in the middle!

I would strip these fast and tight to the bank.

What size line weight do you use when you are casting these size flies. They look very effective but I would think maybe a 5 weight for the most efficiency with them.

Great tutorial, I've had great results from using articulated streamers.
