I had a couple of E-mails asking me to do a video tying the MM Minnow. My first video (posted here) was of so very poor quality that I decided to buy a better camera. My new camera was defective right out of the box and had to be sent back. It took some time to get it back so I could make and post this video.....(seems a little better than the first video). Anyhow......I hope this will be helpful to anyone wanting to tie this little fly. ..............Don in SC

Nice Don. May I make a sugestion? Perhaps a nice red throat tied with a little red underneath to act as a gill, would make a nice varient

Looked good to me. :applause

Wish the audio was a little louder, I had everything turned up to max and it was still pretty quiet.

Thanks all for your comments.........that was my first try, I tried to post a thumbnail with a close-up of the fly but it seems I don't have permissions to do that. I know I need to zoom a little closer to the vice and speak up a lot more.....I will see if I can clean it up next time..................Don in SC

Maybe just put the camera a little closer? I don't know; you explained it well while making the video, but the microphone didn't pick up well.

I thought I'd add to the running log of species caught with this pattern:

I do tie mine with X-select marabou fibers pulled from the side (stem) --

also this rooster I got from family with orange marabou butt feathers

yellow perch
bluegill
green sunfish
largemouth bass
striped bass
northern snakehead

I am sorry for not getting a better video back up.......I bought a much better camera and it went sour..............I sent it in for repair and have not received an e-mail or a phone call yet. I guess their customer service leaves a lot to be desired........Don in SC
